SENATE BILL NO. 30 "An Act relating to information and services                                     
available to pregnant women and other persons; and ensuring                                         
informed consent before an abortion may be performed, except in                                     
cases of medical emergency" was read the second time.                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1178.                                
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(JUD) was

Senator Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption                                    
of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was

be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
